Come Back In Our Empty Nest.

For the past few months I have been trying to get started with the theme "Come Back in Your Nest". But I do not understand how to fill this blank page?I am unable to think further just because of the word 'empty'. Is loneliness so bad? How long can you see the blank page, an hour, a day, a month, or several years.  How will you feel when you need your children more and spend their life happily in another city or abroad? 

Many old people feel this emptiness only because of their children who are living in some other cities or abroad. Many reasons account for this. Such as education, career, family disputes etc. Many old people are waiting for their children. some children are come back and some don't. When does this emptiness start?

A child leaving home for education.

Education is very important but most children do not know about how sad their parents feel. If there is more than one child, it does not matter much, but if the child is alone then his parents suffer a lot. Children are happy with their new college, friends, work or with their family. Many children do not remember their parents. 

Every educating students should be responsible for their parents' care as like studies. I am not saying that leave education and come back. At least you can make a call once a day. You can ask their well being.

After Marriage.

 After marriage couple always engage in their new life journey. Most people misbehave with their parents after marriage. They do not communicate properly with their parents and because of this they feel emptiness in their lives which is not explainable. I do not know how these people treat their parents like this. I know someone has come into their life, but even before that someone is available in their life. Who have spent their lives for the future of their children.

Family disputes.

Some family disputes after marriage start due to various reasons, which are due to generation gap, not adjusting with older people, thinking of individual family and keeping their children away from older people due to their old thought and because of this they feel emptiness in their house. Everyone should try to resolve such issues. Because in this dispute, elderly people suffer a lot.

Leaving home for career.

We leave home to earn money to keep our life going and to fulfill our life needs. If you are making tremendous money abroad or in any other city and your parents are helpless then is it worth your money. You will keep a maid for your parents and spend a lot of money for their expenses. But how will you give your affection and love in the form of money. In old age they don't want your your money, luxurious item they want your love.

Engaged in own family or staying in abroad.

Family is very important after marriage. But some children forget about their parents, who are also part of their family. They do not take care of the needs of their parents. They are only meeting the needs of their children and spouse. After marriage, some children shift to other cities or countries. After this they forget about their parents and their needs. They get angry at them simply because of their behavior. They do not try to understand the aging mindset of parents. Every child should understand this and take care of their parents.

Demand for independent family.

Due individual family concept, most of the parents suffer a lot in their old age. After marriage, the couple live independently and forget their parents. Such demand arises from spouse and their parents. If the same thing happened with their parents at that time, they definitely oppose it. We should change such tendencies.

Parent separation.

Parents never discriminate among their children. He always keeps them together. But whenever it comes to caring for parents, only their division into children begins. And the question is who will handle whom and for how many days. Did his parents treat him like that in childhood? I know that because of some unavoidable situation we make such a decision, but we can try to find a different way to avoid such a situation. We should think about our dealings with our parents. Parents need their spouse in old age. We should focus on that and try to avoid creating an empty nest by dividing them.

Some people help such elderly people and somewhere they fulfill their child's role. We have such examples where parents died while waiting for their children but children don't come back. They have struggled a lot to fulfill your dream. They do not express their desire to fulfill your needs. You can do whatever you want, but don't forget your parents, who enabled you to reach that point. 

I hope my message will reach to those birds and they will return to their parents' empty nest.

What are the sources available for Education?

Everybody wants to get education to move forward in our life. There are lot of sources available to complete our education. Even some counselling centres are also available in some schools and colleges. You can get good information about how, where, when, why etc. for your study. Each and every answer you can get there. Those who don't have educated family background such students take help from their teacher, parents and friends. But student’s need to understand actual backbone to complete their study. Still we have some students who don't know what sources they have, to complete their study with peace.

Time.

"Time is money", everyone heard this phrase. Every student have sufficient time to complete their study. Students get diverted due to social media or you can say wasting their time to do unnecessary things. Some poor students, who earn money for their education, don't get time to learn. That's why time is required for study / education. For such students who don’t get time for them, distance learning education is available.

Guidance/ information.

Entire life everyone needs guidance. Humans can't do anything without it. Every student and their parent have some question in their mind like, what, why, when, where and how I can complete my / children’s education? Some free guidance centres are also available, even colleges are also providing career guidance. Most of the time students taking guidance form their family member, on whom they believe most, sometime parent decide their child future. Those families are not educated, they take guidance from teacher. You also get such information from news channel and newspaper or some social media. Some newspaper always release some article for student information.

Family support.

Everyone are aware about importance of education. There are very rare cases available where families oppose for their child education.  Most of the time poor families deny for child education due to various reasons. So, Family support is also very important part and best source to complete your education tension free.

Finance.

As per today's education fees structure, finance is very important thing. Because educational fees are increasing day by day. Every family has different capacity of finance. In this case some student take admission in costly school and some families prefer government school/ college as per their financial condition. There is one way to reduce financial burden from your family, that is, "part time job". Part time job can always reduce your financial burden as well as tension of fees.

Earn and Learn scheme.

Those who belong to poor family but have a big goal of education, for such students some university have started this facility called "Earn and Learn". This is very helpful for those who have a big goal but don't have sufficient fund for education or don't want to keep financial burden on their family. This is best opportunity for students to make their educational dream true.

Free hostel and meal.

Some institutions and colleges also provide free hostel facility for students who don't have capacity to pay money for hostel. They are also provided free meal.

Free library.

Those who don't have capacity to buy books, for such student free libraries are also available. Anyone can take benefits of it. Some free study centres are also available. You can use that.

Government Facilities and program.

Every government always provide educational facility and it also conducts some program for poor students to make every citizen literate. You can get all details on internet with little search.

Night and Distance Learning Education.

Now a days every university conduct distance learning program with minimum fees. You can also take benefits of this. Some students work for their family, for such students night School and colleges are also available. But night school / colleges facilities are not available everywhere.

Self Interest.

Without self-interest we can't do anything. We never get depressed when we are interested to do that. Because we can try to find different ways to come out from any worse situation. Our interest always motivates us for education.

Energy/ Health.

In school and college age everyone has lot of energy as well as good health. Both things are very important while taking education. Because of it you can get many solutions. These things keep your mind fresh and create impact on your goal.

I hope you understand, what sources you have, to complete your educational goal. Which source is weak and how to find the way out from that. You just take care of that source which is weaker and with which you can complete your educational goal.

Why Am I Frustrated Student?

"Education" is one word, but this is not just a just word, this is a world of all Students. Every student spend approx. 5 years to make his future better. In this journey they have too much pressure or you can say tension. This is happening with all faculty students. When a student comes from rural area he faces difficulties in language, behavior of other students or some financial crisis. Lack of guidance to uneducated family child for his higher education. We have some reasons of frustration and how to overcome from that.

Language Issue.

There is no doubt about mother tongue language. Mother tongue language is good for child mental growth. But when a student gets education in different language that time he faces difficulties. So prepare yourself before you go to next level of education.

Environment.

Rural area students don't have habit of free environment. When they go for higher education in city area they never feel comfortable with the city environment and adjustment is also one more biggest challenge in front of them. Due to this, they get frustrated but adjustment is very important in any situation of life.

Time management.

Most of the students think about "How to manage the time?" College attendance, assignments, home work, practicals, additional tuition, and after doing all these things there is revision of studies with managing their daily routine. This is not an easy task.

Financial Condition.

This is a biggest challenge in front of financially weak families. As we are aware about today's school and colleges fees structure. Common man can not afford the top rated college easily, only because of child's future they take risk of educational loan or mortgage loan. Because of this student is always under pressure of study, good ranking or how and when he will get job. If I will not perform well then what will happen or how he will get job and pay his loan.

Not performing well like earlier.

This is happening with some students. In school age they are performing well but after joining college or changing school/ college their performance goes down and because of this they gets frustrated. May be they are not familiar with new environment, teaching methods or suddenly there is too much study within a time limit. There is one more reason that need to be mentioned sources of entertainment. Most of the movies show how to love and enjoy in the college but I have personally not seen such movie which guide our students for their study. I know every movie have some message but I don't think so anyone watches for getting message from it but they definitely grab bad things.

Coordination with other student.
We need good relation in between seniors and juniors or other students but sometime this is not happening. As a senior student we must help/ guide junior / fresher student. Ragging this is very important and serious word in student life. Some students pressurize fresher student to do whatever they want. Its bad thing but is still going on in some area. Nobody highlight it because they are afraid of  their seniors. In this case some students commit suicide also. There are some laws and restriction on such things, but it is successfully implemented, no one is aware about it.

Trap of bad habits.

In school / college age student have lot of curiosity of trying new things and following other students. As I said earlier, entertainment media also show such things. Student try to behave like that and sometime they trapped in bad habits for entire life. Some students try to come out but they purely gets habituated of that and they get frustrated.

Under age Love.

This is one more thing which we learn form entertainment media. Entertainment media show such love related scene in college days and student also try to behave like that. In some cases they forget about our actual future target and why they joined this college. In such cases after break up student gets frustrated and he does not do anything.

Exceptions of Job.

Most of the students and their parents expect immediate job after completion of the education. But they forget about their child's interest. They are always putting pressure to get job earlier. They don't try to understand how students suffer after failing interview or you can say rejection. Parents just think about what will neighbors / society say. Due to it student gets frustrated.

How to overcome?

Some people define status on the basis of speaking language. But they forget actual definition of language which has a source of communication We need to treat like that only or need to give preference till reach your goal Please don't keep phobia of that in your mind.

We need to learn adjustment with whatever we have, however we are. We are expecting too much and whenever that expectations not fulfill we gets frustrate. So keep expectations but don't get frustrate, if  any expectation not fulfill then just move ahead for next try.

Time management is not an easy task. Keep one dairy with you or use your mobile reminder for your daily task. This is good habit to keep your life stress free. Keep some limitation for that to avoid addiction.

Before choosing college or faculty check your financial health. Don't keep too much burden of finance on your family. If student have confidence and quality then small collage students also reached on top position just we must need clear focus on our target. To reduce financial burden part time job is better option for that.

Performance is very important in every stage of life. But we need to understand one very important thing from it, if your play ground change then you get one more chance of educate yourself more than before. You must keep practicing to be a performer.

For ragging case you must intimate collage/ school administrator immediately without wasting time.
Keep away from these students. Try to make a good friend and communicate with everyone.

Some students having bad habits try to keep away from these student. If anyone is offering or forcing you to smoke or drink then keep away from these student. If you have full confidence on you and your mind then bad habit not addict you.

As I said in my earlier article, college is not made for finding your love one, just focus on your career. After career you can search your true love. Everything is depends on your mind. Don't spoil you career in such silly things.

Job exception is not bad but if someone is forcing you then, it is not good also. Some time you keep some patience to get the job. Some time we get job after lot of rejections. Parents need to understand their child's situation. I hope now you get some clarity on student situation. Student life is not that much easy as we think. So, keep understanding our child and others also.
