I Quit..!!

The one word that "I Quit" and game is over. Where it belongs to playground or our life. On ground game, you can play again but when it comes to life there is no next chance available. Nowadays suicide is easiest way out, solution from all life challenges, or you can say difficulties. Lot of families are already suffering because they are losing their dear ones due to suicide. Some parents lose their single child also. Therefore, we need to understand first why this is happening ?

Who can think?

Most of the time such thinking is found in school age students to old age mind. In child age, we do not have capacity to understand the things. When our mind is developing that time, we understand the surrounding and try to act with their comfort or ours. At this time actual game is starting.

I am not capable.

When anyone facing challenges in their life one very important thing that comes in their mind is “I am not capable to do this”. This is happening because they don’t have knowledge or they don’t want to try only because they have fear of failure. They don’t know about their inner heart.

Every One Blaming Me.

Some people are having habits who are always blaming other people who have a silent personality or physically/ mentally weak. They are not thinking about that person's situation. At this time these people prefer to stay alone and are always thinking about past incident. Most of the time they do not discuss with any one and prefer to stay alone with their own thinking.

Unexpected things happening in surrounding.

Expectation is human personality, but such people are thinking whatever they are expecting must be happened. With this thinking, they are trapping themselves and getting frustrated. They are suddenly getting angry each and every time.

Phobia of others expectation.

Parent are always expect from our child about their own uncompleted dream in his life or about higher ranking in school colleges. Direct or indirect they are putting pressure on their child. Sometimes they are using wrong language or sometimes beating them. Because of this children are living under pressure and getting frustrated.

Too much emotional.

This is another human personality. Some people are too much emotional about their own job, object, relationship or thinking. These people are soft hearted. We can easily identify these people in our area. One word is enough to hurt these people.

Relationship issue (Expectation and Misunderstanding).

Most of the time people expecting too much from their relationship and due to some misunderstanding, suicide case happens in child-parent, husband-wife, mother in law-daughter in law, friends relationship.

Lack of guidance, knowledge and path not found.

Guidance is very important in every stage of our life but such people are not getting this on time and situation is gets worse. Such people are trying to get the knowledge about it to come out from that. When they fail in it, their mind tries to search easy ways like suicide.

Stretching Past pain again.

There are lot of people who are always stuck with their past and unnecessarily taking responsibility that was painful and they do not want to leave this thinking. These thinking always pressurize themselves toward negative mind. Sometimes they hurt themselves again and again.

Losing hopes.

Very important aspect of life is hope. When some people are trying lot of ways in their life like adjusting, sacrifice, guidance, upgrading themselves in every situation but after doing all these things still they do not get satisfied with it. Then no adjustment, sacrifice, guidance, trouble or any tension. The final solution is suicide…...!

How to handle this situation.

We need to understand our child. This is not an easy task to understand the child or any one physiology. However, we can guess what the exceptions are then we can take decision accordingly. All parents must understand our child behavior to reduce too much fear about us. If anyone is afraid of you, he will not try to express his feelings in front of you. Friendly behavior is very important in family or in relationship. We must teach our child or loved ones about the emotional things. How to manage and handle the emotions. How to maintain emotional balance in every situation of life.

How to prepare yourself.

In this mental stage, we must try to upgrade our self with other guidance, opinion or engaging with other activity like playing outdoor games, go for long ride, watch favorite movies, go for a picnic, read jokes, do whatever you want to make yourself happy. Do not stretch the things, try to forgive or forget. There is no point in stretching, it will only hurt you not anyone else. There is always another way / solution available for every difficulties. See the difficulties as a chance of growth. Make yourself positive in various ways. Understand your inner strength. Then see, you will get lot of ways to live life happily because nothing is permanent in this life.

Believe in yourself…!

Responsibility Of Parents.

There are various type of responsibilities in our life. We are playing different roles with it. Like Child, youth, responsible person or citizen, mother, father, uncle, aunty, Grandfather, Grandmother etc.

From all these responsibilities one very important role is parents. We can say multitasker for this role.

Why Multitasker?

In this age Parents are having lot of responsibilities. Like Children, their parents, social and official etc. They are having different behaviour in each responsibility. As we all are aware about handling today children is not an easy task. For older person and their different demands from his son or daughter and about social there are lot of unexplained things are available.

Is parents role more challenging Job then earning Job?
First we need to understand the situation. Before doing earning job we got education then official training but while performing parent job we don't know anything. It's purely depends on past observations of ours or other and older peoples guidance.

Is guidance of older person important while playing this role?
There is no doubt on this because we don't have any education system who is teaching us how to take care of the children. Older persons guidance is always important for keeping our good ethics (Sanskara) alive. We are getting lot of ways while handling child because of it. There are lot of families that live in metro cities who don't like to live with grandparents but they don't know the importance of the guidance.

Good ethics (Sanskara)
Among the all important responsibilities it's on priority. This responsibility of parents not only about our children as well as others also. They are growing with each other and they all are part of good future society. We are blaming others child, if our child behaving wrong but we are not trying to guide him, we are simply suggesting our child don't play with him. Few parent is fighting with other child parent due different kind of issues but they forget about what their children are learning from them.

Educational Responsibility.
Every parents are struggling for their children bright future. Where is our child interested and what is good for his satisfaction and career need to find out first. In some cases parents are taking educational loan for their child education and then expecting him about his job. In this case they are forgetting about dreams of their children.

Social responsibility.
This is very important things need to teach by every parents to their children. But most of the parents failed in this. We are only teaching what to do for earning money and live life, only because of this tendency our children will being selfish. Social responsibility like helping other peoples, playing active role in government or society campaign etc. This is very effective thing for making better human being in society.

Own parents responsibility.
Yes, own parents responsibility. Today's generation not taking care of their own parent due to the various reason. Lot of parents are staying in old age home. They are forgetting that our child also learning all these things. Those parents who spend their entire life for making our life better and today's generation simply forgetting all this things that's why lot of families are disturbed today.

Give them space.
Everyone needs own space of thinking. Our child is not a machine or robot. We need to give them some space for finding his own interest / goal. In every turning point of his life we must be help him for making his dream true.

That's why parents are very important part of the society, who are managing and sacrificing lot of things for our child, society and their parents. Their behavior is impacting on today's generation. They are directors of our society. Their decisions matters a lot.

Traffic Of 1st Half.

One day I was stuck in a heavy traffic while going to the office. After a long wait I felt something when I saw a Tea stall then I came out of the bus and sent a message to my official group for intimate my team.

I ordered a cutting tea and looked at the entire traffic. Some people were inside the luxurious car who were horning, some were inside the bus and some in rickshaw who were shouting. Everyone was in a hurry may be for their office, meeting, traveling or delivering something or dropping someone else.

Our life is also like this. we are getting lot of obstacles like traffic. Some people are having money problem, career related issues, family problems, social problems, relationships problem and general issues and we are trying find the path from the traffic to move on the smoother path of life for enjoying the journey.

In such situations some peoples are upset, depressed, feeling uncomfortable, and loosing their hops. They never try to find out the path where it is the comfortable way to go ahead. who are trying to search the path  they will definitely come out from this situation and who can't they are blaming each other.

In this fast world everyone thinks, If I am not going fast enough then entire world will go ahead. With this thinking human are pushing them self in deadly rat race and because of it we loose our satisfaction. 

Some time we are helping others by giving a chance to move ahead without expecting anything from them and its reflecting our humanity and for next time other person also behave like this. Some people's can't do this only because of their ego, fear and they don't like if anyone going ahead.

As we are trying to find the path to move ahead without disturbing anyone this  is called a judgement and this judgement depends on our own experience. Its may vary from person to person. How much we run in our life, how much traffic we got and how we came out from that using our past experiences, Its depends on us. We need better Guidance, understanding, relationships and indications to make this judgement perfect. Every time our judgement will be not right, in such cases we need to take help from other person without hesitating to make it perfect.

Whenever we start our journey, that time we are always afraid of traffic but we forget about what we are going to learn? We learn lot more judgement from this traffics to live this life happily. 

We need lot of traffic to enjoy the smoother journey of life. So, play the song and enjoy your every traffic time to move ahead.

With the smile, I have finished last sip of the tea and read that intimated message again. "I am coming in 2half due to heavy traffic."

Where is The Rays of Hope?

My cursor is blinking for a while there are no words found for type. Because I am speechless. What’s happening in this society?

15 yrs. ago, I wrote an article on the topic “Todays Women.” In that article I mentioned the current situation of women at that time in our society but still we are on same page and carrying same question in our mind. Still we don’t have permanent solution on this.

There are lot of debates going on one word that is Rape. This word still stuck with our society like leech. This is very dangerous thing happening in our society and target is helpless women. Everyone is talking on Women literacy, empowerment and its proved by the women they are capable to do anything like men. But what’s about the safety while she is moving ahead.

Front page of every newspaper having such news but what is the next step? Debates are going on every news channel for changing the laws. What is the final solution on this, nothing!

There are lot of women who are self-independent and takes their own decision about the home and their development, but again few things are disturbing our society with such incident.

How to change this mindset of society and people who have such dirty mind. What is the source of developing such mind. Everyone blaming to male dominating culture. But all men are not thinking equally. There are lot of persons always helping women for her development but only because of some coward men other peoples are blames every men in our society.

After such incident, protesters will strongly stands with candle march any other ways. After sometime no one is saying any single word about women protection. Because they don’t have time for performing their own social responsibility. Everyone will share different tips of protection and lot of apps but situation not the same everywhere. Only some organizations and social activists are working against the some law for giving justice to the victim. They are finding some protective solution like Mobile apps, protective equipment’s and fighting for strong punishment criminals but the question is, are these enough?

7yrs ago I was travelling in one of the metro city through the local train. In that train one men misbehaving with one girl. After some time he moved to other girl. That train is little bit crowded and everyone watching him but no one was taken any objections against his behavior. Two young boys who were standing behind me, they were also watching and passing comments on his behavior but they did not said anything. Since no one said anything and he gets encouraged tried to cross the limits with one girl and that girl shouted but still no one taken stand with her. Then I took a stand against that man and told him “I will call the rail police!” But his reply was shocking, “do whatever you want!” It’s directly indicated it was his routine and he was aware about no one will object him and nothing will happen to him. Then I turned to the mob and said “When we will awake? If this person will misbehave with our mother, sister or daughter then what will be your reaction?” Then some peoples open their mouth and took a stand against him.

One more incident - While I was travelling from rural area to city in the bus. One boy was clicking photos of one standing girl. I thought they knew each other. When bus reached at city bus stand, she got down and walked out from bus stand. I was shocked and I followed her to ask about that guy who had taken her photos inside the bus. First she thought I was misbehaving with her. After making her comfortable and I convinced her for a communication. Then I asked her about that guy. But she said “I don’t know about whom you are taking and I am travelling alone.” After this I informed about the entire incident and told her to take care while travelling alone. She asked my name but without introducing me I just said “Take care next time!” and she replied “Thank you brother!”

Now I want to ask you who is wrong? That society who was keep quiet while something is going wrong with girls inside the train or that new generation who was enjoyed the entire incident. Other young boy who was clicking unknown girl photo without her permission.

Those girls who never raised their voice inside the train against harassment or that girl who was confidently travelling one to another location with unawareness of what is going on in her surroundings. Because of such behaviors these coward peoples are getting stronger day by day.

There are lot of incident happened before but some are inside the mind of that women who suffered. We are only looking at that what’s came in front but some are always behind the wall.

If this situation is not changed now then the question will remain same.
